Cameron Saunders joined 20th Century Fox in January 2009 from Channel 4, where as head of marketing for E4, Film4, More4 and 4Music he pioneered Channel 4’s highly innovative digital marketing activity.
After two hugely successful years as UK marketing director, releasing over 50 movies from AVATAR to Alvin: The Squeakquel, he was promoted to UK Managing Director in 2011. Twentieth Century Fox UK enjoyed a record box office year in 2012 and was awarded the coveted ‘Distributor of the Year’ prize by Screen International.
Cameron is a member of BAFTA and an active board member of industry body Cinema First. Before joining Channel 4, Cameron spent over a decade as a strategic planner at one of London’s leading advertising agencies, as well as working in the music business with a UK top 20 hit record that also topped the Club Charts in the US.
