Graduated in Audiovisual Communications at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Degree in Film Directing at T.A.I., Taller de Artes Imaginarias. Madrid.

In 1989 joined TVE as assistant director.

From 1991 until 1993, worked as a free-lance director in several audiovisual projects.

In 1993 moved to the Acquisitions Department of Canal + Spain and worked as an acquisitions assistant of Spanish and independent films.

In 1995 became the head of the department of Spanish and Independent Films Acquisitions.

In 1996 became the Head of Film Production at Sogetel, later Sogecine.

From 2000 until September 2007 worked as a Film Producer at Sogecine.

From November 2007 until June 2010, Head of the Film Department at TVE.

In September 2010, created CONVOY FILMS, providing consultancy services for companies like ONO and AGUAMARGA, and executive producing feature films for companies like PLURAL ENTERTAINMENT.
